The Town Clerk's Office is responsible for the following:
Maintaining all town records and recording vital statistics
Issuing licenses and permits including handicapped parking, hunting, fishing, dog and marriage licenses
The sale of cemetery lots and the maintenance of cemetery records
The collection of town, county and fire district taxes
The sale of transfer station tickets
The Town Board is the legislative body of the Town of Bolivar. Comprising the Supervisor and four Council members, the Board has the final responsibility for all matters pertaining to the operation of the Town, exclusive of the incorporated village. It exercises this authority in the form of local laws, ordinances and resolutions.
